About The Position
The Sales Support Coordinator role with Delegat USA is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the wine industry. In this role, you will be exposed to a range of business functions such as Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, and other operational areas.
We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic Sales Support Coordinator to join our USA Sales Team. A little bit about us, Delegat is the proud name behind Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate. Oyster Bay is one of the world's most successful Super Premium wine brands and has become a top 5 Import Brand over $10 and an IMPACT Hot Brand eight years running in the US market.
This role will see you provide support in the following areas:
- Coordinating the Discover Oyster Bay Tasting Host program for an assigned region – recruitment, on-boarding / training and performance analysis;
- Sales Team Support – support marketing requests, ad-hoc projects, CRM implementation and general troubleshooting;
- Brand Implementation – activate in-market brand/marketing initiatives and provide POS support;
- Continuous improvement – we are always looking for ways to improve our systems and processes.
What you will bring:
- A high level of attention to detail;
- Proactive service-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office programs;
- Creativity and initiative for continuous improvement;
- Experience in sales support, office administration and customer services is desirable;
- A relevant degree or an industry qualification is preferred;
- Interest in the wine industry is preferred, but not essential.
