About The Position
Our client is growing quickly in the conventional and natural grocery channels and is looking for a sales coordinator to continue that growth by working directly with the VP of Sales.
A high-growth snack company is hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator. This position can be based out of Los Angeles or remote. This is a great opportunity for you to work closely with the  founding team of the company as they embark on their next stage of accelerated growth. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience working in wholesale, is a great sales-person, and a fantastic number-cruncher!
 
The Sales Coordinator will work directly with the VP of Sales to coordinate wholesale activity, manage relationships, and expand our wholesale reach!
 
 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Manage distributor and retailer online portals to download reports and sales data
  2. Responsible for organizing sales resources into an organized shared drive system
  3. Ensure the inventory of shared drive system for materials such as brochures, presentations, folders etc. is always up to date.
  4. Assist with tracking and recording sales information for retailers
  5. Fill out item setup and other paperwork for on-boarding process with customers
  6. Provide internal sales team support with all administrative functions
  7. Paperwork to on-board new wholesale and distributor accounts
  8. Item setup and customer setup
  9. Assist with communicating with brokers on questions, sendouts etc.
  10. Distributor Charge back review and analysis
  11. Provide necessary follow-up and collateral materials
  12. A general all-round friendly person who has great communication skills
 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  2. 2+ years of experience in sales, experience in consumer products strongly preferred
  3. Must be an excellent communicator
  4. Must have strong Excel Skills; ability to run reports
  5. Must be a self- starter, with the ability to ask questions and seek out solutions independently
  6. Must be extremely well organized with strong attention to detail
