We have a fun, fast-paced & close-knit workplace environment and are looking for an organized, energetic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (East Coast) to join the team.

In this role, you will oversee all sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. Candidate must possess innate leadership qualities, excel in maintaining retailer and wholesaler relationships, and have a true passion for sharing the benefits our products offer. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to gain experience in a booming industry and a rapidly-growing company that makes CBD accessible to those who need it most. This role will be directly responsible for the following:
  • Actively participate in the development of sales and market development strategies in line with company objectives Manage the sales territory to achieve revenue and expense objectives
  • Lead efforts to gain presence in key accounts as identified, and manage a specialty broker network to sell and manage independent accounts
  • Report on regional sales results and liaise directly with Sales and Marketing as needed
  • Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with, and provide leadership and guidance to, regional wholesalers, retailers, and brokers to ensure market execution
  • Build and maintain positive wholesaler and retailer relationships
  • Ensure customer issues are attended to appropriately and efficiently
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Possess detailed knowledge of products offered
  • Attend trade shows and conventions as needed
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Be a fitting representative and promoter of our brand and the products we deliver
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years CPG experience selling to the Natural Foods channel with related specialty / H&W products
  • Successful track record with selling new accounts and driving distribution
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Understanding of wholesale and retail operations
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
