About the Position:
The Market Manager is responsible for all aspects of the assigned channels within the territory. Key functions of this position include: Distributor Management, Brand Building, Merchandising and Pricing Management.  This position is assigned to increase distribution and Rate of Sale at all points of distribution.  You will be working in conjunction with our distributor partner on KPI revolving around distribution, sales and ROS driving objectives.

Position Summary:
  • 80% of time focused on field time, increasing distribution at both on/off premise accounts. Minimum 4 days a week in field, split between distrubtor work withs and individual account calls. 
  • 20% of time focused distributor management gaining share of mind and collaborating on how to achieve goals and objectives
  • Develops relationships with key accounts both on/off premise
  • Responsible for maintaining brand standards
  • Provides training and assists in developing sales with distributor partner.
  • Calls on 8-10 accounts per day
  • Completes accurate and timely reporting
  • Communicates between field and corporate office
  • Develops and presents programs for on/off premise to drive ROS

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in adult beverage
  • Marketing/Sales experience a plus
  • Ability to achieve results by influencing others
  • Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Understanding of on/off premise is a plus
  • Understanding of the 3 tier system is a plus
  • Must be able to provide excellent customer service
  • Understanding of distributor and retail pricing a plus
  • Must be able to work independently and remain focused on “Mission Criticals”
  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally
  • Ability to manage broad network of relationships
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Must be able to travel overnight and work weekends when needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Energy to launch a new brand
  • Must have attitude, character, enthusiasm
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in US
