About The Position

Purpose:  The Paid Social Media Specialist is a key member of the Digital Marketing team. The Paid Social Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management, performance analytics and reporting for paid social channels.

Responsibilities To support the Paid Social & Display Marketing Team to accelerate growth, reach, and exceed business goals
  • Campaign set-up and management: audience development, creative testing, bid and budget management, and optimizations
  • Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics to develop insights and action items to drive new customer acquisition and revenue
  • Ongoing use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing successful paid social campaigns, ideally with a revenue/CPA goal
  • Proven analytical skills of key digital campaign performance metrics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
  • Learns quickly when facing new problems, enjoys challenges and finding solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of Facebook’s ad auction, general advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • BA/BS Degree required
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Facebook Ads Manager & Power Editor
