About The Position

Seeking an Office Manager to support a new CPG-focused Venture Capital fund that invests in the next generation of consumer brands.

Office located in Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities: 
  • Provide all aspects of daily support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, answering/screening calls, forwarding messages, monitoring and addressing critical e-mail correspondence
  • Help set up and manage a new office
  • Purchase office supplies; maintain inventory; analyze vendors and costs
  • Event planning for investor day and team off-sites 
  • Support investment team with store checks and desk research on potential investments 
  • Support CFO with data entry / expenses, etc 
The candidate should have great organizational skills and a passion for consumer brands.
