About The Position
Jr. Sales Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sales Analyst will review shipment and depletion performance to inform and support Niche management, the sales team and marketing.  This includes pulling customer data, tracking metrics/KPIs, and performing analysis that provide critical insights to team, helping shape customer conversations and plans. You will also be in charge of inputting sales and customer information into data systems.

  • Key point of contact for the sales team & distributors in the Niche office
  • VIP administration (New product & distributor set up) / Karma management 
  • Monthly VIP Brand Analysis / Karma review
  • Monthly shipment analysis 
  • Provide insight on areas of opportunity within team and cross-functional partners
  • Create sales budget & forecasts in collaboration with sales team
  • Update of all sales projections on monthly basis to assist in demand planning
  • Track all KPIs for sales team & share updates
  • Track & analyze monthly A&P spending – recommend necessary spending adjustments during the year
  • Monitor inventory of our distributors and control states
  • Quarterly supplier sales reports to suppliers 
  • Collect and track all sales deals & programs in Sales Drive
  • Maintain special pricing to distributors
  • Support sales team in creating distributor power point presentations to maintain consistency
  • Support sales teams with administrative tasks
  • Trade show registration, coordination & support (WSWA / NABCA / distributor trade shows)
  • Incentive trip management (coordination of travel & tracking of sales goals to qualify)
  • Assist in the sales portion of the Brand Plans for new year
  • Follow up/analyze results of programs, POS use & tastings with the sales team
  • Follow up with lead generation received from marketing events/digital media
  • Management of itinerary between with supplier visits & RSM
  • Look for sales solutions with any discontinued product
  • FOB pricing management & updates on price build with collaboration of the sales team
  • Be the main contact for approval on all distributor invoices/billbacks 
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Beverage Alcohol industry
  • Analytical skills and ability to analyze data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong, proven potential leadership skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
