About The Position

Purpose:  

The Global Regulatory Affairs Specialist supports and manages projects, deliverables, and correspondence for various markets throughout the products lifecycle.  This position involves global compliance as is relates to raw materials, finished formulas, and product claims/labeling.

 

Current Paula’s Choice markets include: United States, Australia, European Union, Canada, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, and Singapore.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with in-market distributors to complete product registrations
  • Facilitate product registrations and listings for company owned markets
  • Work closely with R&D to ensure compliance for new product development
  • Review product labeling and website content for market compliance
  • Facilitate work with outside consultants
  • Support all international and domestic regulatory projects
 

Requirements & Qualifications


Skills / Knowledge:

  • Desire to work in the skin care industry is a must
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication
  • Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently, as well as in team settings
  • Excellent research, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow through

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or equal work experience
  • 2+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word)
