About The Position
Deliver volume and profit growth objectives on an annual and monthly basis. Lead all aspects of the sales function while maintaining good working relationships with suppliers, customers, and counterparts.
Deliver volume and profit growth objectives on an annual and monthly basis.  Lead all aspects of the sales function while maintaining good working relationships with suppliers, customers, and counterparts.  Develop, influence and motivate teams.


  • Execute long term strategic vision within the marketplace
  • Manages team of 4 Division Managers and Managing Director Direct Imports.Build Mission Analysis and effective measures throughout their division and review on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain sales division budget. Ensure Succession Planning and CDI Professional Development is implemented throughout their team
  • Train, coach, and motivate direct reports to deliver maximum impact in the market
  • Lead direct reports effectively by clearly communicating roles and responsibilities, expectations and deliverables
  • Ongoing training and development of Division Managers through regularly scheduled in field work withs, market surveys and observance of General Sales Meetings.Ensures all tools are in place to support attainment of goals and objectives
  • Deliver annual plans for key strategic accounts as well as engage in relationship building activities with buyers for all strategic accounts
  • Develop annual plan by division, key account and Division Manager and execute agreed brand and consumer strategies to deliver business goals
  • Troubleshoot and support team on complex customer issues
  • Develop strategies that strengthen sales people as the buyer’s first choice sales force
  • Identify and capitalize on marketplace competitive concerns and opportunity gaps while maintaining a cost/benefit positive focus
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5 or more years’ experience managing sales management and sales division
  • 7 years management experience
  • Relevant cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, HR, project management, etc.)
  • Proficient Skills with technology including MS Office and DSS
  • Strong and effective communicator
  • Supplier experience preferred
