About The Position


Seeking a candidate with excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills, which are essential for this role. Candidate must also demonstrate attention to detail so that they enter customers' requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments. Candidate must have good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and collaborate with other departments, such as sales, production, accounting and logistics. Candidate must be able to adapt to changes and implement feedback quickly.  Excellent communication skills required.

Duties include:
  • Validating received customer orders
  • Communicating with customers and sales reps
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Answering phone calls
  • Processing sample requests
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word required
  • Experience with Quickbooks, PowerPoint and Photoshop a plus
