About The Position

Working with the e-commerce and marketing teams to serve customers via e-mail and other digital methods. Will monitor social media pages.

Must have strong written and communication skills and experience in managing social media accounts.  Customer service background helpful, attention to detail and patience a must.
  • Answer support tickets and email for general inquiries and order specific inquiries from the online store
  • Customer service via social media
  • Moderate online forums
  • Curate content¬†
  • Setup & administer web contests; handle all correspondence with winners
  • Assist in various content gathering projects
  • Assist in writing and posting to social media outlets and re-posting, re-tweeting fan posts/tweets.
$65K + bonus
